If you accuse someone scamming, you should provide evidence that the action is committed. You must list them yourself so that you have a solid back - up. As for the Yobit, the DEV PAID yobit 0.1 BTC for coin listing and requested them to open the trading AFTER the ICO period. But sadly it din happen. So If you think that paying 0.1 BTc to be listed is an act of scamming people (even if all the ICO collection is refunded and returned to their respected owner) then there is something wrong with your perception.
