Beside bitinfocharts you can also use coingecko and coinmarketcap,I agree that Bitcoin,ethereum and Dogecoin are three of the most widely used altcoin in the industry they already have everything,merchants,investment exchanges but hopefully some other coins could get to the level that these three coins are enjoying right now..
