they will never count you in again so it's better move on other signature campaign. It's their policy that once they remove some one from signature campaign they remove forever even your post quality scores grows up later.

They did not count your spam posts this is not different thing that they did not count your 4 days spam posts (all spam posts in 4 days) I don't think it's very hard to understand.
