That is a great news for stratis team, Tai zen and Leonfu have real crypto followers, any recommendation from them is going to give this project a great lift even after ICO. Factom, waves and NXT are testimony to this

Overbought at what price, anything less than 5000BTC for this project is under-funding which is not good, because they need this fund to achieve their set goals
5k is overbought, even iota raised 1300btc, they are 20X now, so you can think what kind of coin can raise 5K in ico, mastercoin did it in 2013, and successful project factom only raised 1K. So i estimate this project will bt 500BTC is ok, unless they release with full functions, that could be a 5k btc project. Now it is nothing, so 500 is decent
