Yes for me i spend some of my coins i convert my coins into fiat and use it to spend in many things like buy a t-shirt and pants.. but not all my bitcoins spent.. because i am waiting for the price increase after halving so that i can make more profit if it will happen...
I am spending bitcoins to in real life. I am paying bills with the use of bitcoins and I'm buying prepaid mobile loads for my cellphone with bitcoins.
But the most thing that I'm doing with my bitcoins is that I'm just withdrawing it and exchanging it to fiat that is more usable for me.
