I would like express my disappointment in a way faucet limit is set. It prevents claim from a faucet that is 2600 sat, but there is no problem to claim from a newly created 200 sat account. So in effect you are greatly reducing level benefit system.
I'm around -0.3 BTC on the site. I felt a lot of fun betting and when the inevitable lose of all money was coming, at least there was a relief that my faucet was increased and who knows with some luck maybe i could rebuild...
Changing rules against customers without announcement or reasons provided may be OK for you, but it leaves bitter taste. As for me i will not deposit anymore as i fill cheated.

Personally i'm down on -0,23 btc pn Primedice myself, but that doesn't mean they are obligated to give some special treatment to me. I wagered - i lost , it's that simple.
In the same way we could have won. Having a faucet at all isn't a obligation of the site, it's just a feature. So either way you look at it , you most certainly were not
