Im sure you have checked but do you have e-mail verification for withdrawls? If its on you have to click link in your e-mail as a second security measure to complete send request.
But ya I would say you have waited a very long time for the btc & dodge to even be processed. I hope this gets resolved for you

I would personally start a thread in scam accusations and document everything that you have done along with screenshots like you provided. Yobit will resolve the situation but like I tell everyone yobit is busy and unless you cause waves to get noticed you are on there time. Although yobit has bullshit like this happen it is still one of the better exchanges. Hopefully someday yobit will outsource its tech support so things like this won't happen. Good luck man.
