I don't like freebitco.in, high house edge and I think you won something little, but for bigger wins there is no chance. I had very unlucky experience with their dices and auto not, to not mention lottery, I never get anything, not even once in couple of months. And I earned tickets with claiming faucets and plus I was buying tickets.

He is just guessing that if anyone bet higher, they may not win the jackpot because the site may have put in some cross check feature to avoid big wins.
