Yes there is no difference no difference in betting and the generated number are random. Our core doesn't changes.... Ill try to explain on example. If you play with 99% win chance, that means that in about 100 games you may lose ~1 time. So because of the bug in the system, this started to work not for 1 player, but all the online players (about 200). So there were players who didnt lose during 200 bets and players who lost more then they suppose to lose
But this should always work for all the online players.
The numbers are generated at random which causes a win/loss rate close to the payout/win-percentage you are betting on.
The system can't effect any winning/losing because it shouldn't consider the betting parameters of the user but only provide a random number no matter if it is a losing or winning number for the next bet.
