How you can be hacked but in Security log your username only showed 1 activity changed password in 1 month?

If his story is real it might be possible his account was hacked using the leaked forum database.

Was the leak not before his registration date?!

I guess I was wrong. His registration date is after the forum hack so this looks like an attempt to get the negative trust removed.
