When I started this service, I hadn't heard of PokeVision. However, now, with the amount of load, it tends to be down quite a bit (whenever I try anyways). This service is still good for anyone who's sees something nearby but PokeVision is down/not working at the time.

As I said at the top of the thread, it's possible to do this for free (originally with actual Python code) but was for anyone who couldn't take advantage of it.
