Judging from your question I doubt you really are a newbie in here. I know a lot of people pretending to be naive and clueless about sig campaigns which they are fully knowledgeable about it already because they have alt accounts.
Anyway, if you want to join a signature campaign, go seek a similar thread here in begginer and help section that is askin the same questions. You need to know how to use the search bar.
