They're starting to be pretty proactive in managing the poker room. Staff like Stuart, Aidan, Robert, Danny, and more (apologies if I missed you) all put in the work when it comes to reviewing and overlooking the poker room. I can't give more details regarding what they do exactly because it involves on-going investigations, but they've definitely cleaned things up quite a bit.
When you take a look at the poker room, you can't find a single colluder in the cash games, and this is all because of the environment created by the close knit community and ease of communication. I would say this is a pretty good poker environment.
1. Cash games don't run. So that's why you "can't find a single colluder". Also, them not finding anyone colluding isn't proof that people aren't colluding. It's entirely possible that the support is just ineffective.
2. Your statements imply that there WAS cheating going on that the support put a stop to. Who was cheating? Why weren't players payed back from confiscated funds? I've never once seen ANYONE say "Betcoin payed me $xxx because they caught colluders", yet those remarks are frequent on every major poker site.
