Hello everyone, just wanted to do my typical style announcement about the new wallet version, we're going to need everyone to update to this version to fix a few network issues we have had recently, and push us along the way to the big PR campaign we've been wanting to do.

Once 50%+ of the net has updated to the new version, we will be in the position necessary to push this PR as well as some other PR I have been wanting to do.

+ improved blacklisting peers due failed poc verification
