i personally hate women and that will be really a big problem for me to convince women. actually most of the women do not like to admit that they are less intelligent than men and they have more knowledge than me. and other thing is that they never admiit their fault.
The one you have quoted was rare, we can't just say men are more intelligent than women. Everyone were intelligent in something and have knowledge in things in which they were interested. In my view motivating women is easy if you find the right one who is interested to earn as well learn.
