Why not have a competition in the community he who writes the best wiki wins 100 dash or something like that

There could be a proposal for a bounty fund that can fund these kinds of competitions. lets say 100 dash per month goes to the fund and everytime we need some technical writing or anything that our community members can (and have the passion)to do we could make a competition for the set bounty.

I'm assuming that it's going to be outside professionals getting paid to do this, a la much of the other evo work that has been contracted out. I don't think the team is going to be getting this money, though I suppose I could be wrong.

That is correct... this will be contracted to a professional technical writer. Core team members will not be paid from these funds.
