yes that is a fact i am also agree with you. i think most of the countries are still thinking about bitcoin they are going to legalize bitcoin. they have to make rules and regulation for bitcoin hope that a time will come when all the countries of the world will accept bitcoin and bitcoin will become a universal currency and all over the world bitcoin will be use as one and single currency having equal value all over the world.
