Yes, they are right on top of the casino-with-the-most-delayed-withdrawal leaderboard.
The casino claims instant withdrawal but doesn't offer one while others don't claim instant withdrawals but offer it. The irony..
I suggest you wait 5 more days without touching your balance or playing whatever (I got the feeling if the balance changes it takes longer).
