Liverpool may have found a new suitor for misfit striker Mario Balotelli.
According to the Daily Mail Eredivise runners up Ajax are weighing up a deal for the Italian, and have spoken to Balotellis agent Mino Raiola.
However, the former Manchester City man would be expected to take a big pay cut to move to the Dutch capital - which could be a stumbling block.
I'm a big Liverpool fan, I was desperate for Balotelli to be a star here but it just hasn't worked. He could have been one of the best strikers in the world.
He has all the talent but not the determination or motivation to make the most of his talent.
