Join a signature campaign when your account goes to full member or upwards. But do not spam, you'll get banned and that's not worth it. Make constructive posts only and you'll benefit from the forum.
Someone can only do constructive posts if he has enough knowledge about bitcoin or the things around and for learning everything someone would have to spend time on bitcoin sites, and i would suggest a newbie to stay on faucets until he learns everything here and until then his account would also grow higher.
