Account received and all is fine (at the moment).  I was able to change the provided email & password as described.  My only disclaimer is that I have been through this many times before (with OTHER sellers for Netflix & Spotify) and it has always ended poorly.  Since I am a glutton for punishment hopefully this will turn out better.
