As i see on the site the last bock was found 3 days ago.
When a block will be found you will get paid.
This is how it works.... you mine whit the pool a respectiv coin ( in your case siacoin) when the pool finds a block you will get paid ( not before) a part of the coins found in block ( procentual whit the work you made).
