2.Convert Altcoin to Bitcoin
3.Paid to click advert sites
4.Gambling - not very profitable at all. Rather gives more losses
5.Signature Campaigns

I am also looking for some way to earn bitcoins as we all know that faucets is giving very less amount and other ways like gambling is risky sometimes. I think signature campaigns is good and we can earn while posting.
