Instead of trying to resolve the issue, they tell him to open another support ticket and wait a couple days for a response, a process it looks he has already tried and failed at several times.

OP is absolutely too hot-headed, and it's not helping the situation. However if you put yourself in his shoes, he's got hundreds of thousands of dollars on a site which hasn't been letting him withdraw for several days.

For what it's worth, I actually like NitrogenSports. It's the site I've universally recommended people on my site when they are looking for a bitcoin sportsbook, so it really sucks to see them like this. I'm hoping it's just an isolated problem that gets fixed quickly.
