The faucet cooldowns/restrictions have been fixed. You can claim 50x per day, and your first claim puts you in the 24 hour cooldown window, before it was wrongfully resetting the cooldown so it was possible to claim less than 50x and hit your limit.
This update was pushed recently, people currently at their limit will have to wait 12-18 hours and it should work properly after that expiration point.
Er... My faucet's been saying I've been at the limit for the last 36+ hours... I'll wait some more and see if it fixes itself.
