ok because im running 150 mhs on 2 different workers in pool and im making less or the same amount as when i was just running one :/ why is there no rewards chart or any actual statistics like when blocks are found and how many expected shares  also no time on block? id like to know that my block are paid in full -2% fee as of yet i havnt gotten paid on block over 3000 payout. 

             is it fixed payout?
