Congrats guys with new design, but could you assist me in solving of my issue?

It is already over a month since I cannot operate my 90+ bitcoins stored on my Spectrocoin account. Spectrocoin administration does not respond to my attempts to contact them. Support tickets and emails are left without replies, live chat and Skype operators start ignoring me once they know my username.
I tried calling to Spectrocoin office from three different phone numbers. Once Spectrocoin operators know my username, they put my phone number into blacklist and I can no longer reach them.

How can you explain this undue behavior?

While I was trying to reach Spectrocoin administration, BTC exchange rate significantly dropped down and I lost about $10000.

Are Spectrocoin officials going to ever compensate my losses somehow?
