I think it will be good marketing tool if you want to attract new people. Both investors and borrowers...
afaik they don't have a referral program. Maincoon used to give daily rewards for logging in in the site but so far I have not received a reward from the last time I logged in.
Indeed it will be nice if he can do something to promote the site to  make the site lively again.

I can think about making ref program (it's already coded but not deployed) - and some signature campaign system.
(paying to your getline account for posting if you have enough rank) and probably posts in lending section will be counting
