the effect will not be that bad, the price is gaining its momentum again, its a good time to buy some coins and sell it later for a good profit.
According to Experts knowledge, the Bitcoin price will still go down. So let's wait for some time and buy coins. Because no one will have sure that Bitcoin price again, it will cross 700$ in this year. SO why should we take a risk right?
