If you just installed it and are running the Vault for the first time, the Vault has a tendancy to connect slowly the first time. Please do not forget to install the bootstrap, or syncing will take a long time. Get latest Bootstrap here

If you want to speed the connection process up, here is the page in the block explorer where you can get the latest safe nodes:

The nodes list that pops up is ready for you to copy and paste in a text document, cryptobullion.conf, which should be saved in /Users/YourName/AppData/Roaming/CryptoBullion/
