They haven't posted the details yet, and for sure after this tournament when they launch the site officially this party will really get started. Those who dumped because of silly things like panicking about the BTC prices are going to be the ones who regret it the most later.

That will be a surely that time when LIR price will rise to the moon.
It depends on how you want to be. If you are an investor, you will try to figure out to get extra cash to get more LIR and hold on to it till dividend start to come in. If you are just a trader, you will buy low and then sell high. You may have lesser LIR as it climbs higher. With the ups and down of LIR right now, it wont be surprising to have people who are both a trader and investors.
