I think this is something that the dev should address I hope the deev has an anti cheat system in place it could end up with one guy getting 1000 new accounts and a big chunk of peepcoin
I think the best distribution system for a free coin was CLAM, they assigned CLAMs to every BTC address that had coins in it before a set date. Worked great and actually kept the price up!!
