what would prevent you from creating that thread by yourself. I do not see the point from your request. and what proves that you have the funds you mentioned and you are really willing to pay ?
He is just a newbie account so he might think that he can not make another post until 6 minutes are up because he keeps pressing the button then extending the time by another 6 minutes each time.
