You mean the links under the red banners in the OP? Works for me. Are you getting an error? Send me a screenshot or something.

The archives are not quite up to date though. I'll try to find some time to log in to PACER over the weekend and get the latest summons etc.

Weird. Could you try again - I have modified the links to be proper tags (instead of relying on the forum to parse them). If that doesn't work can you tap on the address bar and send a screenshot of that so that the full URL or at least the end of it is visible.
