The design took a major step backward and there are more bugs than ever before, which they choose to ignore 90% of the time and rather add meaningless things like multiple levels of VIP tags even though having any kind of VIP status doesn't mean anything at all and has been that way for over a year.
Please PM any bugs to me as you experience them. I haven't seen any major issues recently.

Try opening it in "incognito" or "private window" mode, if it loads then it means it's a cache problem or something, and you can clear your local data for the site.
Yup, using chrome is ideal as well.
