Not really. The price goes up and down, sometimes because of news, sometimes to correct and sometimes to break new supports. It isn't always the same in the sense that it's always a different factor that affect the way the price behaves. If everything's the same year in and year out, it would be boring, which is really unlike bitcoin, if you ask me.
