I too think bitcoins will terminate most of the other processors like paypal, payza, etc and mainly because of the transparent and yet very secure features of bitcoins. We can see how much each of us have in bitcoins yet it can not be hacked or stolen. Yes, these features decides the future of bitcoin hopefully always in positive aspects.I don't think It will terminate all the payment mediums. It will over cross paypal and It occupy the number one rank in payment windows. Other than that bitcoin will become well money in future and all the will accept bitcoins and even paypal also may open sending bitcoins through paypal medium.
Bitcoin as a payment gateway is innovating but there will always be room for other payment providers. To me the future for bitcon as it is lies in being one of the payment options, next to creditcard and paypal.
