This post here from 2014 (and the same typing style before August 2015) makes me believe that Mr President and Phoenix1969 were the same person at some point, and that MrPresident was 1969's puppet account.

Doesn't mean that the current Phoenix1969 is a scammer, but does question his experience and legitimacy. It doesn't prove - but could suggest that the account was hacked or sold.
