I had a withdrawal sent twice (for .0534, my username is
billdozer121212@gmail.com). Unfortunately, this was sent to a dice site which I have absolutely no control over. Thus, my funds cannot be returned. I have sent at least 10 support emails and I'm always told "payments team is looking in to this". Could you please put these funds back into my account? This happened over 10 days ago, and I'm growing extremely frustrated.
