As my rank tells you, I am a newbie.
I am following Stratis from the beginning, however the terms PoS and PoW are making me be like ->
Can someone explain those terms to me plain and simple?
Also what does staking mean and how can I do it? Does it help Stratis, then I want to help out.

POW will end after 12500 blocks.
The staking reward will be time dependent. The more you time stake the higher the total reward. The expected reward will be proportional to the total balance and the time of staking. A static reward leads to a decreasing inflation rate and a decreasing reward rate. The longer you leave your wallet open staking, a larger potion of stake you will receive.
