Much better if you can post here your set of rules like how much will be the interest, what are the acceptable collateral to you, are you the one who will hold the collateral or its fine if they will send collateral to an escrow, what kind of accounts can be offered as colleral (rank) and if you can create a template like other loan thread so borrowers can just copy, fill in the blanks and paste.
