Mining isn't profitable anymore unless you find an altcoin with a very low difficulty that is easy to mine and that coin explodes in value. Otherwise it's just a waste of time and money.
Mining needs to be profit in bigscale only If you do cloud mining or other things means you will not big profit from that, I feel best investment is that you can buy low and in a fast time that the value will rise so that will be really nice but of course it is hard to know what will happen with Bitcoin.
But patience is also important without that you are also not the be able to earn some profit in the future.
