Both devs bougt their accounts to give the investors the feeling to buy into a serious ICO.
They were asked if they bought it at the beginning of the thread and denied it or just fell quiet.

And i'm sure there were/are also some sockpuppets pushing LIR forward.

It doesn't matter if this is really a complete scam or if phoenix bought a stolen account or if he is the hacker himself.
No serious customer will ever trust this project in the future.

Shame on you devs, i hope you get your punishment.
