All of your questions are already answered:
1: The list wasn't made public because people bitch about not being paid when they didn't qualify. Micro said he'll make the list public when hes home from vacation. Talking out of experience, it's really hard to access a computer that is turned off, possibly unplugged if micros anything like me, behind a firewall and probably not connected to the internet at the moment.
2: Because no-one met the requirements to win, so no-one to credit. Thus, as soon as it was over, it was credited.
3: He didn't. everything that needed to be credited was credited.
You are either dumb or didn't read what this was about.
1. There is no list in question, there were only two possible winners. Rest of your words are garbage... "behind a firewall... " - Do u even know what a firewall is ?
2. WTF did you say there ? "Noone to credit, so it was credited ?" You are tripping. Fact is that it is
uncredited for over two months, even
micro admitted that.
3. I asked specifically about that contest, and he said multiple times that it
was credited, only in the end he admitted
it wasnt, when i forced to hear the entries that were credited, which are
still not published.Maybe i am posting this in the wrong section indeed. People here are mostely either blind to facts, or in some way connected to PD staff.
If you can't express issues and unethical behaviour in the very own thread of the site - that's nothing other than censorship.
