We are currently in discussion with a few people in regards to private deals and partnerships which will not affect the Jewels ICO or distribution. Strictly speaking, we are looking to have a starting capital of $120,000 or more which will come from the ICO as well as outside investors.
From what I understand, the number of BTC collected during the ICO is for the JWL distribution. If the ICO goals i.e. 200 BTC are not met, will the investor also get JWL according to the number BTC given?
We are using the price discovery mechanism that is distribution of JWL will be relative to how much BTC is raised. If the 200 BTC goal is not met but sufficient outside funding is secured to ensure that we have at least $120,000.00 USD as starting capital, we will continue and proceed with the JWL distribution.
