In my opinion its like an App which combines telegram and localbitcoin together.
For the rewards ... receive it in red package format , a popular social app way in Asia. The coin will be in your app bitcoin wallet you can also withdraw them out to your address
If you do nothing about bitcoin tradition, it will be a social app.
