Doubt Opair is a scam, Lisk is more of a scam then Opair. 
haha the same thought here. Opair is legit, they are not only offering escrow but made a special arrangement whereby the escrow (SebastianJu) releases the bitcoins for parts as they fulfill objectives. This must be the best project in years.
