That's because the maximum number of tickets allowed per game is I think 4.So don't be surprised if the user won multiple times.By this far you should know the fact,the major prize which is 1000MBTC is always won by one of their shill accounts.No matter how they put it and what gimmiks they use to prove the lottery is provably fair ,it isn't.Not in the case of first 3 prizes.

Actually, to prove the fair is not too difficult all lottery winners to confirm here admin notify them via email
If they do not confirm here they are not allowed to enter the next lotrey so we can see the winners here if all the winners  new users in the forum or are active users here, What is your opinion ?

In case of the accussation about shill accounts, winners confirmation is not enough to prove that the lottery is fair. Provably fair system is not only something that can be confirmed, but more about verification imo. So your opinion wont help the site to prove that their raffle is provably fair.
