As what I said, fairness can be proven by people confirmation that they won the lottery. Fairness is more about the process on how they draw the lottery that should be able to be verified. The chance is not getting bigger unless you are the only one who has more tickets than the others.
Due to the recent issue about players getting more tickets then the others. Most people have an average of 4-5 tickets if you bet everyday before the raffle is drawn so it is not really an advantage over the other. They have been banning alot of multi accounts in the past and of course still doing so , with that said most people have same chance of winning
