If its a scam then it is too big to fail probably and we shouldnt worry about it 
bitcoin is like the bible. well maybe more true, let us just compare it with religion.so even if it is a scam. it works. many people do good with it and some are doing bad things with it, but even if you proof that it is a scam it still works and people will use it.
